James "Jim" Young James R. Young, 59, died Nov. 19, 2007 of a heart attack at his Port St. Lucie home in Florida. Born in Akron, Ohio, he served honorably in the Vietnam War in the Army. He was employed at ECMCA, then later, as a computer analyst with Roadway. He was a member of the Port St. Lucie American Legion Post 318, the Legion Riders and Band of Brothers Associations. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, golfing, and playing pool and cards with his friends and family. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 12 years, Lonnie in Aug. 2007 and his mother, Irene Young. Survivors include his father, Robert and stepmother, Vivian Young; his children, Jaime, Tracy, Michael and Aime Young and stepdaughter, Wendi Nadda; sisters, Judy and Jackie Young; brothers, Gene and Gerry Young and stepbrother, Bill Mallory; and proud grandfather to Ian, Geneva, Kiera and Ryan. He will be remembered by many dear friends. A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 28, 2007 at the Ohio Western Reserve Nat.'I Cemetery for friends and family.
